The holidays aren’t a happy time for everyone. Some people experience the holiday blues for various reasons. They may have just lost a loved one, or suffered a financial hardship or loneliness. A way to overcome the blues is to get out and enjoy the holidays with family and friends at one of the many great Northeast Ohio holiday events.

If you, a family member, or a friend are feeling more tired than usual or losing interest in some of the things you used to enjoy around the holidays, you may be experiencing the holiday blues. Seasonal Depression, as it is also called, is more common than you think. Many people feel lonely, sad, anxious and depressed at this time of year.
